Yoga Sequence for Beginners (Approx. 20 Minutes)

We’ve just made our first beginner’s yoga sequence so that you can practice yoga at home! This abbreviated, 23-minute sequence is appropriate for all levels, and is intended to open and energize your body.     Yoga was suggested to me as stress reliever and a way to start working out. I know nothing about it but I found this site as I searched the net. I just completed this video and all I can say is WOW. It makes me want to learn more about Yoga.
